Sometimes with photography, you just have to be in the right place at the right time, then quickly respond to a moment of light. So it was with this shot. I had been shooting an old Holden FB sedan in a paddock in pretty wild weather. Suddenly, a passing shower provided perfect conditions for this rainbow to appear. I had to run through the rain, shielding my lens to keep it dry, to get myself and the buildings in the right position. By chance, there was a golden water tank off to the left which became my pot of gold. As everyone knows, rainbows are great but if you found the pot of gold, that would be even better. This image was a gift one of those opportunities you have to grab hold of.
