This secluded gully typifies the profusion of life that fills the temperate rainforests and eucalyptus bushland along Victorias south-west coast. It is a tragedy that so many of these sanctuaries have been lost and a greater tragedy that we are continuing to let them slowly disappear under the chainsaws blade.
