Whisky Bay is part of Wilsons Promontory, a favourite holiday spot for Melbournites and a popular tourist destination in general. What fascinates me about this location is the intricacy of the coastal vegetation. There is an amazing array of textures and earthen colours that blend together to create a delicate tapestry. The waves and all of nature's forces have tried to batter this coastal fringe, but here where land meets sea there seems to be a harmonious blending. On the beach two people have just enjoyed a swim. Their presence gives some perspective to the scale of this beautiful seascape.
