If you have witnessed the full display of the northern lights, you will understand when I say It's a life-changing experience. Of all the phenomena I have seen in this beautiful world, the dancing light of aurora borealis in full flight is surely the most breathtaking. I love the way the aurora is reflected here in the water. This was a very difficult shot to achieve. I wanted to create a large panoramic image without cropping from a square format, because with cropping, you lose a lot of detail. So, I decided to use a stitching technique, where I shot 3 exposures from left to right to get the wide panorama with extremely good detail. I had to work quickly, because of the moving lights and it was quite miraculous that I was fortunate enough to be able to pull it off.
