This winter shot of Niagara Falls captured not only a graceful arc of rainbow, but also huge chunks of ice plummeting over the rim. It was taken from the Canadian side looking back into New York State - across the broad curve known as Horseshoe Falls. The only way I could get this angle was to hang right over the ice-covered safety rail, with my assistant holding my belt to keep me from falling! It was a great exercise in trust - or foolhardiness more probably! I remember saying to my assistant: "If you let me go, I promise I will survive the fall and come back to get you!"
