As I awaited sunrise that morning on North Curl Curl beach, I had no idea that one of my photographs would reveal in a wave the shape of a huge angel with its wings spread wide. I had originally been wanting to photograph in another position, but someone came along and sat down right in the middle of my shot and began meditating. My first thought was annoyance at having my shot ruined, but rather than trying to fight for my rights, I moved and was given this gift. Sometimes we can have our way and maybe miss the angel.
