We reached this reef by boat then took off in a helicopter for an aerial view. But we only had moments for a couple of shots (this was one of them) before the mountainous, fast-approaching storm forced our quick retreat. The pilot showed incredible skill to land the helicopter on the already pitching boat before the tempest engulfed us with its huge drops and unbelievable amounts of rain. We managed to get away safely, and we had this spectacular photograph to commemorate our day. Often in life, the stormy seasons yield the greatest glories.
