I have had an ongoing relationship with The Skillion at Terrigal for over 30 years and I have spent a lot of time there, waiting and contemplating. I love the place. It is like a perfect canvas, where the Creator can paint a new masterpiece each day. And it is forever changing. This was one of the most spectacular sunrises Ive ever seen down there. To me, the waves in this image are like hands reaching out to embrace the land and it made me think of the words to a song called Never Let Me Go by Florence and The Machine:
And the arms of the ocean are carrying me
And all this devotion was rushing over me
And the questions I have for a sinner like me
But the arms of the ocean deliver me,
And the arms of the ocean are carrying me
